Taken from my original drawing of Saren, Nihlus and Desolas. A lot of Saren/Nihlus fans follow me on Tumblr; this edit was my gift to them for following me.
The blood splatters are symbolic - Nihlus was shot in the head, hence the blue blood splatter. Saren is a vicious killer with a grudge against humans after the First Contact War and the death of his brother, hence the red blood smear clouding his vision.
